2-Year EU Legal Guarantee
Under EU Directive 2019/771, all products purchased from CuevasLab are covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. This means if your product is defective or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy at no extra cost.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects that appear under normal use
- Products that do not match the description or advertised features
- Functionality issues that existed at the time of delivery
- Premature wear and tear that is inconsistent with normal product lifespan
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear consistent with regular use over time
- Issues caused by failure to follow product care or usage instructions
- Software issues or third-party accessories not sold by CuevasLab
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Gather Your Proof of Purchase
Locate your order confirmation email or invoice. You will need your order number and the date of purchase.
Contact Our Support Team
Email support@cuevaslab.es with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.
Document the Issue
Take clear photos or a short video showing the defect. This helps us assess the problem quickly and accurately.
We Assess Your Claim
Our team will review your claim within 5 business days. For issues reported within the first year, the defect is presumed to have existed at delivery.
Choose Your Remedy
If your claim is approved, you can choose between repair, replacement, or a full refund depending on the nature of the defect.
Repair
We will repair your product at no cost and return it to you. Typical repair time is 10 to 15 business days.
Replacement
If repair is not possible, we will send you a brand-new replacement unit free of charge.
Full Refund
If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
